for the
July Exhibition Show
SMDS' online fundraiser auction
is an ongoing event.

If you have registered daylilies,
seedlings, or other garden items you

make arrangements.

Hospitality Chair -
to buy, bring and set up water, ice
and snacks for the workers and
judges on July 17 (Set-Up Day) and
July 18 (Show Day).  Expenses
reimbursed.  If you can volunteer for
even one day it would be appreciated.

Club Table Representatives -
needed on July 18th to man our SMDS
booth from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.  
Volunteer for 1 hour or longer if you
have the time.

Set-Up People - Needed July 17
Tear-Down People - Needed July 18

Those with trucks and muscles are
encouraged to help.  We need to
transport, set-up and then return
flower show vases and material to
the Church storage location.
